Ruane Technical Services Ltd was founded in October 2021 by Tony Ruane after a very brief attempt at retirement - there’s only so much daytime television you can watch before the boredom sets in. The aim from day one was simple: to build a company not driven by turnover, profit, or ego, but by job satisfaction, exceeding customer expectations, and creating a work–life balance that genuinely works for everyone involved.
Our Unique selling point is to provide a complete Food Safety and Technical consultancy service to our customers that suits their requirements when and where they need it.
EXPANDING THE TEAM
What began with just Tony Ruane quickly grew into something that couldn’t be managed alone. Demand outpaced resource, and it became clear that the business needed more hands. Tony reached out to trusted colleagues he had worked with previously - people who shared the same values and could help carry the workload. The criteria for joining the team were straightforward: a can‑do attitude, the ability to hit the ground running, deliver results from day one, and manage your own diary with confidence.
